Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping

1. Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48
2. Express Delivery: 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

International Shipping

At the moment, we ship within the UK only. We’re working on adding international delivery soon.

Packaging

Every Wulfi piece arrives in our signature packaging, ready to gift or keep.
We use recyclable materials wherever possible.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
If your tracking number doesn’t update within 48 hours, please contact us at hello@wulfi.co.uk

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please let us know.
We’ll help track it down and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@wulfi.co.uk, we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
